My daughter joined SCTA after-school club about a year and a half ago, when she was in year 1. This was the first after-school activity that she had done without me there, so I was concerned that she would be very anxious and not want to join in, but she settled really well. It definitely helped being able to attend straight from school with some of her friends from her class. She is never going to be a natural performer but she really enjoys the singing and dancing and seems to have a great time, which for me is the most important thing. Since attending, her confidence has grown and she is not as shy about standing up in front of other people. Sophy is a lovely teacher and is always full of positivity and praise for the children, encouraging them to do the best they can whilst making sure they always have fun at the same time. I would definitely recommend SCTA.

I can thoroughly recommend Sophy and SCTA. My daughter has been attending after school sessions for a year now and absolutely loves them. Sophy is very engaging and great at building their confidence. There has also been opportunities for my daughter to perform to parents and at external events. We attended the holiday camp last summer for a full week, which was brilliant and she looked forward to going each day. Sophy is very dedicated and enthusiastic and I would happily recommend any child to attend her sessions.

The girls always love attending SCTA workshops and classes, they have so much fun, and it’s very reasonable times and prices! My eldest has gone on to a performing arts secondary school, thanks to the confidence she’s gained from attending SCTA classes. The teachers are also wonderful and very understanding
